Dey Summer has been in private practice for over 25 years. She graduated from the 1000-hour program of the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2000, and is a member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Dey continually refreshes her learning, curiosity and openness to growth and development, both professionally and personally. Early in her career she studied Aston-Kinetics®, a whole body problem-solving system. The Aston-Kinetics® two-year certification includes training in postural assessment, hands-on structural (myofascial) bodywork, movement education, fitness and ergonomics. She has also trained in Hugh Milne’s Cranio-Sacral work and Jean-Pierre Barral’s Visceral Manipulation.

Her personal interests in Contact Improvisation and mindfulness practice also very much inform her work.
